1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after we inspect the items.
5. Are your nail polishes 10-free / non-toxic?
Yes. Most of our nail polishes are 10-free (free from formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, camphor, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, triphenyl phosphate, parabens, phthalates, and fragrances). Full ingredient information is listed on each product page.
6. How long does the nail polish last?
When applied correctly with a base coat and top coat, our nail polish typically lasts 7–10 days without chipping.
7. How many coats do I need?
Most shades provide excellent coverage in 2 coats. Some deeper or brighter colors may need 3 thin coats for full opacity.
8. Do your polishes dry quickly?
Yes. Our formula is quick-drying. Most colors are touch-dry in 1–2 minutes and fully dry in 10–15 minutes. We recommend using a quick-dry top coat for best results.
9. Are the colors accurate to the photos?
We make every effort to show the most accurate colors possible. However, actual shade may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and skin tone. Each product has multiple photos from different angles.
10. Is the nail polish vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Polissique nail polishes are vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
11. How do I remove the nail polish?
Our polishes can be easily removed with regular nail polish remover or acetone. For best results, soak a cotton pad and hold it on the nail for 10–15 seconds before wiping.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
